Color Light Therapies

Sharon utilizes four different systems of light therapy to help people connect with their inner resources and support the process of positive change. Specific colors are either viewed through the eyes or applied on points and zones of the body. Color light therapies are used to reduce the stress response and  balance the autonomic nervous system in order to enhance vision, healing, and overall health.

Chair-assisted Gentle Yoga

A specially designed class enabling participation for people with movement and/or balance challenges. Includes breathing, relaxation, stretches and balances in seated, standing, and lying positions. Small group format, selected Fridays. Contact Sharon for details.
